He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward James Crouch Sr. and Bernice Vesta Lazenby Crouch; his wife Maria Theresa Moore Crouch; his sisters, Carol Carpenter and Shirley Crouch; and his son-in-law Kenny Bentley.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Bentley, Edward "Eddie" Crouch III, Kathy Crouch, Matthew Crouch, Joshua Crouch and Phillip Crouch; his brother Ronnie Crouch; his grandchildren, Jimmy Bentley, Brandon Bentley, David Bentley, Jacob Bentley, Hannah Bentley, Joe Crouch, Josh Wallis, Jenny Crouch, Colten McCarthy, Jeremy Crouch and Noah Crouch; and his great grandchildren, Liam Bentley, Kaylahni Wells, Aubree Norris, Davina Norris, Kyle Beeson, Rayleigh Bentley, Raelynn Ireson, Mihaela Wallis and Memphis Wallis.
