He is survived by: his wife Amanda Dawn Saunders; his parents, Edward Ripley Saunders III and Susan Pearson Hunter; his sister Kasey Saunders (Brandon); and his nieces and nephews, Ashton, Kendall, Maleah and Kayden. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Marshall Ruritan Building (8400 Salem Ave, Marshall, VA 20115).
