She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Jack Jackson and Constance Jackson (Manning); her siblings, James "Jimmy" Jackson and Barbara Jean Dean (Jackson); her great grandchild Walter Edwin Hensley; and her husband John Andrew Hensley (Virginia) of Bridgewater.
She is survived by: her children, John A. Hensley, Jr. (Joanne (Morrison) Hensley) of Front Royal, VA, Barbara Peterson (John Peterson) of Schuyler, VA, Cindy White (George White) of Newport News, VA and Kathryn Hensley of Strasburg, VA.; and her grandchildren, John Edwin Hensley, Renee Eastwood (Joshua Eastwood), Mary Hensley, Bradley A. Petitt (Danielle Petitt), Gregory M. Petitt, Ansley R. Petitt, Erika White of Ashley Rasmussen, T. J, Skaggs (Annie (Dongoski) Skaggs), Kailey St (Skaggs) and Michael St. Clair.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (14 W 1st St, Front Royal, VA 22630).
