He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Duncan and Dolly Burner Duncan; his granddaughter Kayla; and his siblings, Robert and Louise.
He is survived by: his wife Neda Duncan; his children, Jeff Duncan (Becky) of Front Royal, Denise Williams (Kim) of Warrenton, Beth Smith (Larry) of Bentonville, Angie Lawhead of Cocoa and Margie Bailey (Walter) of Front Royal; his siblings, Charles Duncan (Georgia) of Stanley and Joyce Griffith (Junior) of Front Royal; his grandchildren, Matthew, Adam, Jessica, Josh, Chad, Ryan and Wade; and his great grandchildren, Skyla, Aubrey, Jackson and Abriella.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maddox Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Front Royal, VA 22630). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Prospect Hill Cemetery (200 W Prospect St, Front Royal, VA 22630).
