With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gayle Ann Richards of Front Royal, Virginia, who passed away on May 28, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Gayle Ann had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Gayle Ann may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Norris and Roberta Blakely Norris; and her brother James Norris. She is survived by: her husband Winston U. Richards of Front Royal; her son Jerome Norris of Hagerstown, Maryland; and her siblings, William "Bill" Norris of Martinsburg, Roberta Robinson of Hagerstown, Diah Gardiner of Martinsburg and Carolyn Norris of Mississippi. She is also survived by two grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Maddox Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Front Royal, VA 22630). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Maddox Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
