He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Guy and Mary Ionna Cunningham McKahan; and his wife Ruth Ann "Ruthie" McKahan. He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Miley (Brandon J. Miley) of Wardensville and Pamela Knight of Elyria, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jason McKahan, Joshua McKahan, Jessica Funk (Chris), Krystal Carter-Jackson, Kasey Carter and Cody Knight; and his great grandchildren, Arianna McKahan, Kirstin McKahan, Kaidence McKahan, Brynlee Funk, Braxton Funk, Lorenzo Caruso, Aria Caruso, Romeo Caruso and Noah Knight.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Maddox Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Front Royal, VA 22630). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
