He was predeceased by: his parents, Audy L. Turner and Lennie Bell Kuhl Turner; his wife Roseann; his siblings, Hayward, Harper, Harold Turner, Mabel Lazelle and Martha Turner; and his grandson Jamie Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Reginald "Reggie" Turner (Sharon) of Edmond, Oklahoma and Angelina "Angie" Gamblin (John) of Front Royal; his siblings, Hobert Turner of Buckhannon, Heryl Turner of Mineral Wells and Mayme McNemar of Glenville; his grandchildren, Joseph Turner, Crystal Christman and Amanda Robinson; and his great grandchildren, Seren Turner, Cole Turner, Tristan Turner, Hayes Christman, Rhett Christman and Brianna Robinson.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests memorial contributions be made to the Madison Odd Fellow Lodge #6 or Inspirations Rebekah Lodge #106 ℅ John Roberts, 163 Sunshine Drive, Winchester, VA 22602.
