He is survived by: his wife Sharyn Figgins Mills of Front Royal; his stepsons, Kevin Holzhauser (Jodi) of Front Royal and Patrick Langlais (Jenn) of Front Royal; and his sister Dawn Lichliter (Mike) of Winchester. He is also survived by three step-grandchildren; two nephews and one niece.

Underneath that stern and somber exterior was a man with a heart of gold that would help and do anything for family and friends.
