We are sad to announce that, on December 27, 2025, at the age of 89, Harry D. Hardin Sr. (Front Royal, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Hardin and Elsie Hardin Sr.; his wife Barbara Hedges-Hardin; his siblings, Edgar Hardin Jr., Mary Getz, Elsie Diehl and Doris Norris; and his children, Harry Hardin Jr., Robert Hudson, Michael Hudson and Jennifer LaGrange.
He is survived by: his brother Charles Hardin (Patsy) of Arkansas; his daughters, Jacquine Schmiedeknecht (Terry), Marie Buffmire of Virginia and Helen Resh (Tim) of West Virginia; and his grandchildren, Rebecca Devlin (Ryan), Alyssa "Jamie" LaGrange, Delaney LaGrange, Thomas Clark Jr. (Kristen) of Virginia, Michael Crowe of West Virgina, Joseph Burnett (Brooke) and Jon Burnett of Maryland. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
