Irma leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Irma’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Henry Budd and Janie Golden Budd; and her husband Melvin Ray Hill. She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce L. Hill and Karen L. Hill; her siblings, James Sidney Budd and Myrtle Mankin; and her granddaughter Kayla Marie Orson.
