She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Carrie and Clara Virginia Halsey Young; and her siblings, B. Carol Webster, Ronnie W. Young and Joe C. Young.
She is survived by: her husband James Donald Mullins; her daughters, Lori Cox (Jeffrey) and Melanie Beachy; her sister Debra K. Young of Front Royal; her grandchildren, McKinley Cox, Samuel Cox, Cassandra Delgado (Luis), Caleb Beachy and Noelle Beachy; and her great grandchildren, Catalina Delgado and Mila Delgado.
