He is survived by: his parents, William "Bill" Patten and Dawna Coleman Patten; his wife Nicole E Patten (Surprenant); his siblings, Daniel Patten of Vancouver Wash and Anna Patten of Battlegrounds Wash; and his parents-in-law, Forrest Surprenant (Josephine) of Gainesville, Joel Fernandez (Nadine) of Rileyville, David Norris (Rebecca) of Front Royal, Joshua Duda (Marigrace) of Front Royal, Blaise Surprenant of Denver Colo, Dominic Surprenant of Front Royal, Genevieve Surprenant of Surry, NH, Robert and Diana Surprenant of Surry, NH. He is also survived by six godchildren, and thirteen nieces and nephews.
