She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Bloxom; her son-in-law Trip Bloxom; her stepchildren, Darren Powell and Dina Alley; her grandchildren, William Bloxom, Rebekah Edge, Garrett Powell, Madeline Sudduth and Joseph Lewis; her sister Carolyn Baumes; her niece Kim Lane; and her nephew Ronnie Baumes.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Maddox Funeral Home (105 W Main St, Front Royal, VA 22630).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joyce's honor to the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
