She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ridley Elkins and Bertha E. Strother Elkins; her husband Samuel Lindburg Mills; and her brothers, Robert R. Elkins Jr., Larry S. Elkins and William "Billy" Elkins.
She is survived by: her children, Danny L. Mills of Front Royal and Joyce Ann Myers (Robbie) of Front Royal; her sisters-in-law, Della Mae Day of Front Royal and Shelby Elkins of Waynesboro, Virginia; and her granddaughters, Christina Costello, Ericka Mills and Morgan Mills. She is also survived by three great grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews.
