She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Farnsworth and Amanda Kinnick; her grandchildren, Bo White, Nathan Kinnick, Sarah Melton, Emma Farnsworth and Ally Farnsworth; and her siblings, William K. Hawkins, Helen Dick and Mildred Kirby. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
