He is survived by: his wife Nena Kisner; his former wife Robin McDonald; the mothers of children, Diana Thomas (Martin) and Sherri Kisner; his stepsons, Robert Smith III (Jessica) and David Allen Smith; his grandchildren, Colby Hill, Tyler Hill, Hailey Smith and James Rawls Jr.; his brother Harry Carl Kisner Jr.; and his sister-in-law Julie Pamplin Shenk. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
