He is survived by: his mother Brenda Jean Frame Costello; his sister Elizabeth Frame Baker (Philip); his nephew Eli Saylor; his nieces, Tabitha Ward and Merranda Ward; and his aunts, Mary Frame (Larry Settle), Pam Frame Porter (John), Stella Frame and Patricia Chaparro.
