He is survived by: his children, Marcus Lee Lewis of Front Royal, Ronald Lee Lewis Jr. of Front Royal, David Lee Cook (Lindsay) of Linden, Terry Lee Ritter (Steve) of White Post, Marie Lee Franz (Jonathan) of Strasburg, Farrah Lee Salyers (Donny) of Front Royal and Jamie Lee Greenwalt (George) of Front Royal. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
