She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Elton McKinley Welch and Fannie Haun Welch; her son Gerald McKinley Welch; and her grandsons, Ethan and Brandon Mulligan. She was also cherished by her niece that she thought of as a sister, Edith D. Orndorff; her other niece and three nephews; her two great nephews.
