He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sue Bailey (Jenkins); his brother Earl Jackson Bailey of Charleston; and his children, Christopher Todd Bailey (Marlene), Shannon Patrick Bailey, Melissa Dawn Krise (Scott), Lisa Nicole Bailey and Jennifer Leslie Grimmell (Mark). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
