She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bell and Gladys Hartsell Bell; her husband William Edgar Stoots; her son David Wayne Stoots; and her siblings, Jerry Bell, Juanita Matthews, JoAnne Downing and Sarah-Mae Whittaker.
She is survived by: her children, William Roger Stoots and Kathy McLendon (Joey); her daughter-in-law Charlotte Stoots; her sisters-in-law, Jean Stoots and Marion Bell; and her grandchildren, Robbie Walton, Jessica Oakes, Megan McLendon, Clint Stoots, Kari Wallace, Chasity Stoots, April Stoots, Andrew Stoots and Devin Dagelidis. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
