He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Fulk and Edna Bare Fulk; his daughter Susan Crist; his granddaughter Tanya Gail See; his great great grandchild Luna Brown; his son-in-law Clark Stover; his siblings, Avis Meredith, Lloyd "Bob", Jason, Dean, Harold "Price" and Bevelyn Fulk; and his foster brother Randy Hulvey.
He is survived by: his children, Chandra Moyers of Grottoes, Tamara Stover of New Oxford, PA, Jerry Fulk of Fulks Run and Daryl Fulk of Bergton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
