She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur L. Carter and Doris Fullerton Carter; and her brother A. Linwood Carter, Jr.. She is survived by: her nieces, Michelle Carter Parks and Rebecca Carter Forsberg; her great-nieces, Hayden Forsberg, Lyla Forsberg and Erin Parks; her great-nephew Ryan Parks; her niece Claire Sensel Pettit; and her sister-in-law Leah Kidd Carter.
