She is survived by: her children, Clyde O. Bumbrey (Sophia) of Bealeton, VA, Jerome Bumbrey of Midland, VA, Andrew Bumbrey of Midland, VA and Bernice E. Bumbrey of Manassas, VA; and her siblings, Ricky Payne of Manassas Park, VA, Thelma Wallace of Manassas, VA, Pearl Payne of Midland, VA, Grace Boome of Bealeton, VA and Connie Payne of Warrenton, VA. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oak Shade Baptist Church (3287 Old Catlett Rd, Catlett, VA 20119). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
