She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Oakley and Ethel Mae Dubois Oakley; and her husband Joseph Samuel Hoeffer. She is survived by: her children, Charles Hoeffer of Manassas, Shari Hottle (Jim) of Locust Grove, Wayne Hoeffer (Teri) of Winterville, NC, Ruth Harris (Mike) of Gainesville and Joel Rane (Donna); her grandchildren, Tiffany Hottle Davis (Erik), Kristen Hottle Williams, Joseph Hoeffer (Shavon), Trevor Harris, Blake Harris, Parker Harris, Stephenie Rane Dunlop (John), Traci Rane (Eric Keiper) and Jesse Hoeffer (Mitzi); and her great grandchildren, Brayden Williams, Sloane Davis, Briana Davis, Gavin Hoeffer, Amarius Hoeffer, Shawn Dunlop and Reece Dunlop. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews.
