He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Carroll and Nellie Carroll; and his siblings, Loretta, Richard, Janice, Joyce, Gloria and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Carroll; his children, Suzanne (Jim McGuire) of Haymarket, VA and Andrew (Sally Carroll) of Gainesville, VA; his siblings, Edna Beach of Culpeper, VA and Gary (Vicky Carroll) of Spotsylvania, VA; and his grandchildren, Courtney, Kristin (Aaron), Samuel and Eliza. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family.
