She was predeceased by: her parents, Hallie Alonzo and Pearl Lightle (Harvie); her husband Kenneth Fuller Frames; and her brother Hallie Andrew Lightle. She is survived by: her children, Linda Raynor, William Frames (Carolyn) of Great Falls, VA and Michael Frames (Erica) of Ashburn, VA. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Fairfax Memorial Park (9900 Braddock Rd, Fairfax, VA 22032).
