He was predeceased by: his mother Judith "Judie" Duesterhaus (Krapausky); and his stepmother Jude Duesterhaus (Mollenhauer). He is survived by: his father Richard Duesterhaus; and his siblings, Kathy Murphy (Dan), Lynn Deboeck (Pascal), Steve Duesterhaus, Dan Duesterhaus (Margo), Alan Duesterhaus (Molly), Tom Duesterhaus and Greg Duesterhaus (Megan). He is also survived by 21 nephews and nieces, seven aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
