We announce the death of Richard Thomas Giannascoli Jr. of Gainesville, Virginia, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 21, 2026, at the age of 73. Richard will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Thomas Giannascoli, Sr. and Margaret Sweeney Giannascoli. He is survived by: his wife Donna Giannascoli; his daughters, Erica Van Epps (Geoff) and Kirsten Ray; and his grandchildren, Jackson, Ryan, Addison Van Epps, Ella, Gianna and Landon Ray.
