It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Morrison of Gainesville, Virginia, who passed away on April 22, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Dolacinski and Catherine Dolacinski; her husband George R. Morrison; and her siblings, Casimir Dolacinski, Florence Rybinski, Alice Dudek, Raymond Dolac, George Dolson, Joseph Dolack, Dorothy Dolack and Lee Dolack.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Friedlander (Mark); her grandchildren, Amy Friedlander (Michael Stewart) and Erin Blank (Steven); and her great grandchildren, Violet and Vesper Blank.
