She was predeceased by : her parents, Carlie Petty and Lillian Rakes Petty; and her husband Bill Cox. She is survived by : her daughter Margo Semones of Georgetown; her grandchildren, Becky Hampton (Robert), Robert Semones and Brooke Jimenez (AJ); her great grandchild Britt (Megan); her grandchildren, Bekah (Isaac), Lilianna, Nevaeh, Phoenix, Daniella and Malachi; and her close friend T. F. Rutherford. She is also survived by five great-great-grandchildren.
