Poe of Galax, Virginia; her daughter Jenny; her son-in-law James Spivey of Galax, Virginia; her son Josh; her daughter-in-law Lynette Poe of Galax, Virginia; her sister Connie; her brother-in-law Jackie Chafin of Galax, Virginia; her brother Mike; her sister-in-law Kay Cochran of Clemmons; her grandchildren, Katie, Jeramy Evans, Colton Coomes and Caleb Coomes; her nephew Shane; her niece Joanie Cochran; and her great grandchild Layton James Evans.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Crossroads Primitive Baptist Church.
