He is survived by: his daughter Denise; his son-in-law Wayne Ramey of Low Gap; his stepson Kenneth (Kathleen Combs) of Galax, Virginia; his grandchildren, Schyler (Carrie Ramey), Vanessa (Morlai Lawson), Josh (Taylor Combs), Jordon Combs and Kevin (Ashley Leonard); and his cousin Mike Vaughan. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
