He is survived by: his daughter Tina Brendle (Michael Tate) of Lowgap; his sisters, Donna Fargis of Greensboro and Doris Edwards of Sparta; his grandchildren, Blake Collins (Hannah Hall) of Boonville and Lillie Cullop of Lowgap; and his close friends, Marie Yates (Alton Yates) of Galax, Todd Eiklor of Meadows, Bernie Primm and Tina Harper Crowder. He is also survived by special friends; as well as several nieces and nephews.
