He was predeceased by: his parents, William Letcher Duncan and Nancy Cobb Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Kirby Duncan; his daughter Sydney; his son-in-law Reggie Hampton; his granddaughter Jorja Hampton; his siblings, David Duncan (Vickie), Hank Duncan, Tim Duncan (Debbie), Bob Duncan and Amy Duncan Edwards (Larry); and his sister-in-law Earlene Ogburn (Donnie).
