He was predeceased by: his parents, David Samuel and Mary Fisher Mallory; and his sister-in-law Mary Conniff Mallory. He is survived by: his son Cole Mallory of Galax, Virginia; his siblings, Dave Mallory of Sunset Beach, Joyce (Danny Hill) and Kathy (Stacy Sikes); and his close friend Barbara Bourne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
