Ella leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Ella’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Ella will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Eugene and Verna Mae Snow Frazier; her husband Virgil Walls; and her siblings, Eulalee Frazier and Joe Frazier.
She is survived by: her daughter Christina LeAnne Spencer of Johnson City, Tennessee; and her siblings, Dorothy Bourne of Independence, Virginia, Linda Frazier of Galax, Virginia, Rosalie Frazier of Woodlawn, Virginia, Nancy Hunt of Tennessee and Bobby Frazier of Galax, Virginia. She is also survived by four grandchildren that she adored; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel (201 W Center St, Galax, VA 24333). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
