He is survived by: his mother Mona Stamper Garrett of Damascus, Virginia; his children, Mandy Lloyd (Steve) of Annandale, Virginia, Jeremy Garrett of Galax, Virginia and Josh Garrett (Jamie) of Galax, Virginia; his grandchildren, Hannah Lloyd, Brian Lloyd and Harper Garrett; his siblings, Joy Cole, Jamie Huffman of Damascus, Jan Greer (Boyd) of Glade Spring, Virginia, Kim Garrett of Petersburg, Terry Garrett (Roxanna) of Ivanhoe and Todd Garrett (Jill) of Damascus, Virginia; his sister-in-law Freda Wyatt of Lodi, Virginia; and his nephew Josh King of Galax, Virginia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many special friends.
