He was predeceased by: his parents, William Blackburn and Louise Blackburn; and his siblings, Geneva McMeans and Andy Blackburn. He is survived by: his siblings, Tim Blackburn of Galax, Woody Blackburn (Teresa) of Crumpler, Jerry Blackburn (Wanda) of Rugby, Randy Blackburn of Rugby, Harold Blackburn (Helen) of Rugby, Virginia and Lisa Williams of Burlington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.
