She was predeceased by : her parents, Clayton James and Essie Magnora Billings Richardson; and her siblings, Betty Lowe, James Richardson and Jerry Richardson.

She is survived by : her husband Raymond Gray Ramey; her daughter Ann of Galax, Virginia; her son-in-law David Poe of Galax, Virginia; her grandchildren, Cody Poe (Alyssia Luehrs) and Savannah (Zane Eaton); her great grandchild Madison Poe; her brother Joe; her siblings-in-law, Sharon Richardson of Fries, Virginia and Tony Lowe; her niece Heather Richardson; and her pet Mitzi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Linda may be made to the Trinity Baptist Church, 141 Shade Tree Lane, Galax, Virginia 24333 .
