She is survived by: her husband Jerry Evans; her mother Nancy Vaughan; her children, Michael Cole Evans, Jeramy Thomas Evans (Katie Evans) and Tonya Jordan (Joe Jordan); her grandchildren, Desmond, Devon, Elaina, Esme, Jackson Jordan and Layton Evans; her brother Jason Vaughan (April Vaughan); her niece Kelsey Ceritano (Gabe Ceritano); her great-nephew Cooper Ceritano; her great-niece Gianna Ceritano; her nephews, Bradley and Preston Vaughan; her mother-in-law Judy-Evans Lambert; her aunt Karen; her uncle Johnny Dickson; and her close friends, Theresa Talley, Gina Burris, Jenny Spivey, Heather Snow and Kayla Upchurch. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cliffview Church of God (2923 Fries Rd, Galax, VA 24333). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Cliffview Church (2923 Fries Rd, Galax, VA 24333).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Mount Olivet Methodist Church.
