She is survived by: her children, JB Tolbert (Rhonda) of Galax, Virginia, Douglas Tolbert of Galax, Virginia, Jane Smith of Galax, Virginia and Lisa Tolbert of Galax, Virginia; her grandchildren, Juliana Nichols (Shane), Elizabeth Williams (Collin) and Tristan Smith (Brooke); and her great grandchildren, Joshua Tolbert, Riley and Paige Nichols.
