She is survived by: her husband Ellis "Sonny" Muncy of Galax, Virginia; her sister Joan; her brother-in-law Alan Hines of Galax, Virginia; her uncle Mack Brown of Mountain City, Tennessee; her caregiver Emily Stacy; and her close friend Yeager. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; several special in-laws.
