Robert leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Robert’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Robert will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Robert Swanson Kyle, Sr. and Vera Hampton Kyle; and his sisters, Mary Anne Kyle Mackey and Jean Kyle Hedges. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Kyle (Charyl) of Galax; his children, Rebecca Kyle Burgess (Brent) of Cleveland, TN, Robert Swanson Kyle, III (Cynthia) of Athens, TN and Kimberly Kyle Mitchell (Bill) of Knoxville, TN; and his brother Tom Kyle (Margaret) of Galax. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
