With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sharon Blevins Garrett of Galax, Virginia, born in Washington, Virginia, who passed away on September 6, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Blevins and Nancy Dickerson Blevins; her husband Kent Garrett of Galax, Virginia; her daughter Mandy; her son-in-law Steve Lloyd of Annandale, Virginia; her sons, Jeremy Garrett of Nashville, Tennessee and Josh (Jamie Garrett); her sister Fredda; her brother-in-law William Wyatt of Meadowview; and her grandchildren, Hannah Lloyd, Brian Lloyd and Harper Garrett.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to either the Mountain Valley Hospice or to the INOVA Schar Cancer Institute.
