It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virgil Steve Donithan of Galax, Virginia, who passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Harvey Donithan and Leona Pierce Donithan. He is survived by : his wife Wannie Weatherman Donithan of Galax, Virginia; his son Douglas Steve Donithan (Virginia) of Galax; his sister Elizabeth Catron of Galax, Virginia; and his sister-in-law Maggie Bottomley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephew.
