It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wade Gustus Eastridge of Galax, Virginia, who passed away on December 3, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Eastridge and Rina Edwards Eastridge; his wife Beatrice Bartlett Eastridge; and his grandfather Adam BaBer. He is survived by: his sons, Barry (Donna Eastridge) and Chris (Tammy Eastridge); his granddaughter Tara Jolly; his stepgranddaughters, Lily Utt and Josie Leonard; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Rowan and Reese Utt; and his sisters, Shirley Patton of Galax, Virginia and Wanda Hash of Independence, Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bible Baptist Church (1120 Greenville Rd, Galax, VA 24333). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
