She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Pennington and Ida Pennington; and her husband Marvin Sarver. She is survived by: her brother Ned Pennington of Mt. Airy; her sons, Mike Vaught of Elk Creek, Virginia and Jeff Vaught of Galax, Virginia; her grandsons, Quade, Damon and Brock Vaught; and her nieces, Carolyn, Linda, Debbie and Cathy. She is also survived by several other family members, grandchildren, step-grandchildren and many cherished friends.
