He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Tonya Adkins (Jeff) and Travis Lucas (Michelle); his grandchildren, Dr. Hope Marie Adkins, Lucas Adkins (Alli), Brie Lucas and Bailee Lucas; his sister Nancy Dorton (Jerry); his nieces, Karen Davidson (Randall) and Vickie Gillenwater (Chris); and his aunt Tommie Presley (Doug).
