Though Jack may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jack touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Brinkley and Ella Con Brinkley; and his brothers, James, Jerry and Roy Joe Brinkley.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Delph of Gate City, VA.; his children, Melissa Raby of Gate City, VA, Jackie Maydell Brinkley of Livonia and Henry Morgan of Livonia, LA; and his siblings, Ambrose "Tucker" Brinkley, Gary, Trina Brinkley and Ruth Barger. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, two great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
